I do not know my machine or model
To find out your model number of your product it is normally on the back of the device however, if you cannot find this then please press start on the product then click run enter dxdiag and it will show you all your computer information it will give you all the details you need if you need help please ask for our help.
I lost my recovery CDs
We can provide you with the recovery CDs or DVDs if you lost them at a discounted price all we need to know is your computer model and name however if you just bought them we can email them to you also for free if you know how to download them if not we will help you fully and replace them.
I having trouble with the website?
